◎ Appearance

Pale straw color holds clear in the glass with excellent transparency. A thin white head forms at the pour but recedes quickly, leaving minimal lacing on the glass walls. Carbonation appears moderate and steady.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with cracker malt—clean, grainy, and lightly toasted. A faint green hop note sits beneath, subtle and herbaceous rather than aromatic or floral. Overall the aroma remains restrained and dry, with no yeast character or adjunct sweetness.

◐ Taste

Entry is dry and mineral-forward, with malt providing a light bready foundation that quickly fades. The mid-palate shows very little residual sweetness; bitterness reads as a clean, dry edge rather than a distinct flavor note. Body remains thin and the overall impression brisk and mineral rather than malty or complex.

◑ Finish

Finish closes quickly and cleanly, with a lingering dryness and mineral quality. No aftertaste persists beyond a brief, bracing sensation.
