Pale gold and crystalline clear, this lager presents a bright, inviting hue that reflects its clean fermentation and Western Canadian barley base. The head builds with moderate persistence, settling into a fine lacing that clings gently to the glass as you drink. Carbonation is present but restrained, creating a composed visual presence befitting the beer's straightforward character.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with cereal grain and soft Malz notes, characteristic of the barley backbone. A light, warming alcohol lift emerges on closer inspection, lending the aroma subtle depth without aggression. Hop character remains nearly absent, allowing the malt and spirit to occupy the foreground.

◐ Taste

Entry is clean and malt-driven, with a full, rounded body that carries bready and smooth characteristics across the palate. The center holds a steady, understated Malz profile without cloying sweetness; instead, the extra alcohol manifests as a gentle warmth that integrates seamlessly. Bitterness remains subdued at 11 IBU, never challenging the soft malt foundation.
