Hazy Weekend

Tap to rate

Pineapple aroma runs through every batch, joined by citrus and, depending on the partner hop, a grassy or earthy edge. Hazy Weekend is brewed only on Mondays, when the team is still a bit hazy from the weekend. Half of the hops is always Amarillo, the other half changes with each batch, so the beer keeps surprising. Wheat and oats help build the haze; the New England style grew in Vermont, where hops go into flavour and aroma rather than bitterness.
