Modern Bock
Caramel malts keep the familiar bock character, while a generous dry hop with European hops brings floral aromas, a spicy kick and a noticeably drier finish. Modern Bock is a 6% dry-hopped bock, less sweet, a little fresher and much more expressive on the hop side than a classic Dutch bock, but still warm, malty and unmistakably bock.
