◎ Appearance

A pale straw-gold body with pronounced haze from suspended yeast and protein, lending a soft, cloudy character to the glass. The head forms quickly and maintains a loose, pillowy structure with modest lacing on the sides. Fine carbonation gives the beer a gentle visual liveliness without aggression.

◌ Aroma

Tropical and citrus-forward hop aromatics dominate — ripe stone fruit, tangerine zest, and a subtle pine undertone. Light Malz notes provide a clean, neutral backdrop without sweetness or heaviness. The nose remains bright and inviting, with no solvent or harsh alcohol character despite the balanced hop load.

◐ Taste

The palate opens soft and clean, with hop bitterness arriving mid-palate at a moderate, non-aggressive level (60 IBU). Tropical and citrus flavours echo the nose, balanced by a light, grain-derived sweetness that prevents dryness. The body tapers toward the finish, staying sessionable and smooth without any harsh edges or astringency.

◑ Finish

The finish is dry and clean, with lingering citrus and hop character fading over a few seconds. A whisper of grain-derived sweetness persists briefly before the beer leaves the palate crisp and ready for another sip.

Serve at 8–11°C for the best flavour balance and aroma expression.

The curved shape concentrates hop aromas and supports a thick head. Essential for aromatic ales and IPAs where the nose is half the experience.
