◎ Appearance

Hazy golden-yellow body with fine suspended particles characteristic of the style, creating a soft, diffuse appearance. A dense white head forms readily and clings to the glass throughout the pour, leaving distinct patches of lacing with each sip. Carbonation is moderate and well-integrated, supporting the pillowy mouthfeel.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with bright citrus and fresh orange peel, backed by subtle stone fruit notes that suggest peach and apricot. Soft floral and herbal undertones from noble hops emerge without aggression, while a light, grainy Malz base sits quietly beneath. The overall impression is clean and fruit-forward, with no oxidation or harsh alcohol character.

◐ Taste

Entry is soft and slightly sweet, with orange juice and citrus zest flavors unfolding immediately across the palate. Mid-palate maintains this juicy fruitiness while a gentle bitterness begins to assert itself—enough to balance but never dominate. The body remains light and smooth, allowing the hop character and residual sweetness to coexist without harshness.

◑ Finish

The finish is clean and moderately short, with residual orange and subtle hop bitterness lingering for a few seconds. No harsh edges or metallic notes remain; the aftertaste is refreshing and inviting, encouraging another sip.

Serve at 8–11°C for the best flavour balance and aroma expression.
