Pale golden-yellow with a hazy, turbid character from suspended yeast and protein. The head forms quickly and clings to the glass with fine, persistent lacing. Carbonation appears moderate and well-integrated, creating a soft visual impression consistent with the style.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with bright citrus—candied lemon zest and grapefruit rind—followed by tropical stone fruit notes of apricot and peach. Underlying oat provides a soft, grain-forward sweetness without dominating. Herbal and resinous edges from the hop blend remain restrained, allowing the fruity character to occupy the foreground.

Entry is clean and approachable, with a slight malt sweetness that frames the citrus and tropical hop flavors. Mid-palate develops a smooth, creamy texture from oat, balanced by moderate bitterness that sits in the background rather than asserting itself. The finish is dry and refreshing, without harshness or astringency.

Medium finish with a lingering citrus aftertaste that fades cleanly. No sharp or lingering bitterness; instead, a subtle tropical note persists briefly before dissolving into a refreshed palate.
