◎ Appearance

They Live presents a bright golden-yellow hue with excellent clarity and fine, persistent carbonation. A dense, creamy white head forms on the pour and clings tenaciously to the glass, leaving crisp lacing on the walls.

◌ Aroma

The nose is dominated by intense citrus and tropical fruit notes from the dual cryo-hop charge of Citra and Simcoe. Grapefruit zest and peach compote emerge alongside herbaceous pine, with a subtle creamy undertone that adds texture without softening the hop-forward character.

◐ Taste

The palate enters clean and hoppy, with bright grapefruit and orange notes developing across the mid-palate. The creamy mouthfeel balances the moderate 80 IBU bitterness, allowing tropical and stone fruit flavors to shine without becoming thin or harsh. The finish remains refreshing, with lingering bitter-citrus that never turns astringent.

◑ Finish

The finish is dry and crisp, with a long-lasting citrus and hop character that fades gradually rather than abruptly. The creamy texture lingers pleasantly, leaving a refreshing aftertaste of grapefruit and stone fruit.

Serve at 8–11°C for the best flavour balance and aroma expression.

The curved shape concentrates hop aromas and supports a thick head. Essential for aromatic ales and IPAs where the nose is half the experience.
