Dagda
An extra pale ale hopped with Motueka, Cashmere, Citra and Idaho 7, aiming for the hop load of an IPA at a lower strength. It is very pale and hazy. Lime, passionfruit, grapefruit and peach come through on the nose; lemon and papaya join them on the palate, where citrus, stone fruit and tropical notes sit side by side. The body is soft and creamy, and a crisp bitterness closes the beer. It takes its name from the Irish god of abundance.
