Bran & Sceolan Irish IPA
An IPA in the American style, brewed entirely with Irish malt and heavily dry-hopped. It is very pale, with a slight haze left by the hops. Passionfruit, grapefruit and orange rise from the glass together with floral notes; the palate adds pine to the citrus and sets both against a full, smooth malt body. The finish is juicy and only lightly bitter. The beer is named after the two wolfhounds of the mythical warrior Fionn Mac Cumhaill.
