🌍 Japan · Czech Premium Pale Lager · One of 19 Czech Premium Pale Lagers in hopIQ

Master's Dream sits at the top of The Premium Malt's line and was first released in 2015 as a beer designed around what the brewers wanted rather than around efficiency. The all-malt recipe uses diamond malt, since December 2025 partly floor-malted, mashed with three decoctions and boiled in copper kettles modelled on Czech tradition. Bread crust and honey notes meet a subtle sweetness, a soft and rounded bitterness and a floral hop aroma. The layers build slowly and end in a long, full finish.
