🌍 Canada · Czech Premium Pale Lager · One of 11 Czech Premium Pale Lagers in hopIQ

The first Czech-style lager Godspeed produced, brewed after the brewmaster joined a Czech trade mission in November 2018. It uses Saaz hops and Czech floor-malted barley, a double decoction mash for malt depth, extended cold maturation and natural carbonation. The brewery lists fresh cut grass, peppery spice and oven loaf over a balanced, bitter finish. The 12º refers to original gravity, not alcohol.
