Pale golden color with excellent clarity and bright, luminous appearance characteristic of the style. The head forms quickly and maintains good retention with fine, delicate lacing that clings to the glass. Carbonation is evident but restrained, contributing to a refined visual presentation.

◌ Aroma

The nose opens with fresh-cut grass and green herbal notes from Saaz hops, layered beneath a peppery spice character. Beneath lies a clean, bready malt foundation with subtle grain sweetness and a hint of toasted cereal, suggesting the depth imparted by floor-malted barley and double decoction mashing. The overall impression is crisp and inviting, free from any yeast-driven esters or adjunct aromas.

◐ Taste

Entry is clean and malty with a light grain sweetness that immediately transitions into the beer's principal character—grassy and spicy hop notes provide structure without aggression. The mid-palate reveals a subtle bready complexity from the malting process, while gentle bitterness builds steadily. The overall impression remains balanced and crisp, with hop bitterness and malt sweetness in careful equilibrium throughout.

The finish is dry and lingering, with peppery hop bitterness persisting cleanly on the palate. The aftertaste remains refreshing and uncluttered, with no harsh edges or lingering sweetness.
