The nose opens with pronounced herbal and floral characteristics from the Saaz and Sládek hops, offering delicate spice and subtle perfumed notes. Beneath this sits a solid malt foundation with clean bread crust and light caramel undertones, grounding the composition without obscuring the hop expression. The overall character is refined and restrained, with no fermentation esters or adjunct aromatics competing for attention.

Entry brings a full, satisfying malt body with pronounced bread crust and subtle caramel sweetness that immediately gives way to a brisk, assertive bitterness. Mid-palate holds the malt structure firm while the noble hop bitterness builds steadily, layering herbal and slightly grassy notes across the palate. The finish drives deep into a clean, lingering bitterness that defines this beer's deliberately sharp character.
