The nose opens with soft bread and cereal notes, fuller and noticeably yeastier than the filtered counterpart. Czech Saaz and Sládek hops contribute a distinctive spicy and herbal character, with bright, herbal top notes that define the bouquet. The yeast presence adds a subtle earthiness that complements the noble hop aromatics.

The palate enters with soft malt sweetness and a full, rounded mouthfeel enhanced by the suspended yeast.
