Gentle carbonation produces a steady stream of fine bubbles, characteristic of a naturally conditioned lager.

Fine malt aromas dominate the nose, with notes of grain sweetness and a subtle bready undertone that speaks to the beer's minimal grist bill and pure water base. A restrained noble hop character threads through, offering gentle floral and herbal suggestions without aggression.
