◎ Appearance

Pale golden color with excellent clarity and bright transparency. A fine, persistent white head forms quickly and clings to the glass in delicate lacing. Carbonation is lively and even throughout, creating a sense of vitality without aggression.

◌ Aroma

Fresh citrus notes dominate the nose, with distinct orange and lemon character leading the way. Noble hop aromatics shine through with herbal and floral undertones, while clean malted grain provides a subtle, neutral foundation. No yeast character or other distracting elements interfere.

◐ Taste

The palate opens crisp and bright, with hop bitterness arriving early and remaining balanced throughout. Citrus flavors develop cleanly on the mid-palate, supported by a light, dry malted backbone that never becomes heavy or doughy. Bitterness is moderate and pleasant, finishing dry without harshness.

◑ Finish

The finish is clean and relatively short, with lingering hop character fading to a dry, refreshing aftertaste. No harsh edges or lingering sweetness remain.

Serve well-chilled. Session IPAs are at their best cold — the lower ABV means less warmth to balance the hops.
