Chocolate Honeycomb Stout

Tap to rate

The brewery's best-known pale ale recast as a stout: the strength is raised to 5.5% and a good measure of dark malts goes into the grist. Chocolate and honeycomb syrups shape the flavour, which is led by chocolate and a sweet toffee note; among the brewery's stouts it is the sweeter and more mellow one. After a break it returned to the range in late 2022, and the current version carries more of both flavourings than earlier ones. Vegan; sold in 440 ml cans.
