Honeycomb Pale Ale
The beer the brewery is best known for and its most popular: a golden pale ale at 4.0% brewed with honeycomb syrup. A light, floral hop aroma sits on top, while the syrup gives a clear sweetness with a honey-like flavour and the character of honeycomb toffee. The profile is smooth and well balanced. It won gold at the European Beer Challenge in 2021 and the range also includes a stronger version and a stout built on the same idea. Vegan; sold in 440 ml cans and on keg.
