Secret Snacks presents a hazy, golden-amber pour with excellent clarity despite the suspended yeast character. A soft, pillowy white head forms and clings to the glass with fine, delicate lacing. The carbonation is moderate and well-integrated, lending visual liveliness without aggression.

◌ Aroma

The nose opens with bold tropical fruit—ripe mango and stone fruit dominate, layered with bright tangerine zest and citrus oils. Beneath this brightness sits a subtle dank earthiness and herbal undertone, grounding the fruit-forward character without overwhelming it. The aromatic complexity speaks to careful hop selection and integration.

◐ Taste

The palate enters lush and full-bodied, delivering waves of juicy hop flavor that echo the aromatic profile. A restrained, biscuity malt backbone provides structure and balance, preventing the beer from becoming one-dimensional. Moderate bitterness builds steadily through the mid-palate, finishing with a long, resinous character that rewards sustained sipping.

The finish is long and persistently resinous, with a dry, lingering bitterness that doesn't overwhelm. At 8% ABV, the alcohol warms the back of the palate without harshness, adding depth to the aftertaste.
