Bourbon oak and vanilla dominate the nose, layered with caramel sweetness and subtle stone fruit notes. The alcohol is present but not sharp, warming the nostrils gently. Beneath the oak sits a malty backbone that grounds the spirit-forward character.

The palate opens with rich caramel and brown sugar, followed by pronounced oak and vanilla from the barrel aging. A restrained bitterness (50 IBU) provides structure without overwhelming the sweet and woody character. The mouthfeel is full and smooth, with warming alcohol integrated throughout rather than burning.

The finish is long and dry, with lingering vanilla and oak notes accompanied by a gentle warming from the 15% ABV. Sweet molasses undertones fade slowly, leaving a pleasant oakiness on the palate.
