Session Pale Ale
An easy-drinking pale ale at session strength. Melon, berry and orange lead the flavour, with hints of grapefruit and a citrus twist. A slight pine spice lingers on the palate, and the finish is clean and bitter. It has been part of the Porterhouse range since 2020 at the latest, one of several hop-led ales the Dublin brand has placed beside the stouts and red ale it has made since its brewpub days in Temple Bar.

The classic — versatile, comfortable to hold and keeps the beer cool. No frills, no distractions: just the beer.
Drink fresh — hop aroma fades fast. Best within 3 months of canning or bottling.

hopIQ matches by flavor profile — not just style label. A beer with the same citrusy, hoppy, bitter character as Session Pale Ale will score highly even if brewed in a different country or under a different sub-style name.
