Rosebud presents a pale golden hue with a soft haze characteristic of the New England style. The head is substantial and persistent, leaving delicate lacing down the glass as you drink. Carbonation appears moderate and well-integrated, supporting the creamy mouthfeel without aggressive fizz.

◌ Aroma

The nose is immediately tropical and fruit-forward, with pronounced notes of passionfruit and stone fruit from Galaxy and Mosaic. Citrus undertones from Citra emerge as the beer warms, layered with a soft, bready malt sweetness that grounds the aromatic profile. There is no aggressive hop bite in the aroma—instead, a juicy, inviting character that draws you in.

◐ Taste

The palate opens with a lush, creamy body that coats without heaviness, delivering waves of tropical and stone-fruit flavors. Mid-palate reveals a juicy sweetness balanced by restrained hop bitterness, with Simcoe contributing herbal and piney notes that integrate seamlessly. The beer maintains excellent drinkability throughout—the 5.6% ABV allows the flavors to shine without warming or fatigue, even across multiple pints.

The finish is clean and medium in length, fading into a pleasant fruity dryness without astringency. A gentle tropical sweetness lingers, inviting the next sip.
