Liquid Bloom presents a pale golden hue with excellent clarity and a modest, persistent white head that leaves fine lacing down the glass. The carbonation is gentle and refined, appropriate to the beer's creamy character. Light catches the body with a luminous quality typical of oat-forward brews.

The nose leads with bright citrus—Meyer lemon and mandarin—layered over a soft vanilla foundation that speaks to both the hand-scraped vanilla and the oat-cream base. Beneath this sweetness sits a restrained herbal-fruity hop character, with hints of boysenberry and mango suggesting stone fruit complexity. The Talus hop contributes a subtle earthiness that prevents the profile from becoming cloying.

Entry is smooth and pillowy, the lactose and oat grist creating an immediate full body without heaviness. Mid-palate balances ripe tropical notes—mango, papaya—against a measured bitterness that cuts cleanly through the creaminess, with berry undertones adding textural interest.
