◎ Appearance

Deep hazy gold, turbid as morning mist over the Veneto flatlands. The opacity is intentional and complete, with a fine, persistent cream-coloured head that clings to the glass with good lacing. Bright carbonation visible throughout.

◌ Aroma

Explosive tropical and citrus character dominates, with distinct notes of mango, passionfruit, and grapefruit rind. The double dry-hop layering creates a juicy, aromatic profile without harsh green herbal notes. A clean, neutral yeast backdrop allows the hop expression to shine.

◐ Taste

Creamy, full mouthfeel enters with bright citrus and stone fruit flavours that build across the mid-palate. The bitterness remains imperceptible despite the 45 IBU, with the hop character staying fruity and juicy rather than resinous. Finishes dry and refreshing, bridging DIPA intensity with session-beer drinkability.

Clean, lingering finish with tropical fruit notes fading gradually. No harsh edges or astringency; the aftertaste remains refreshing and inviting.
