Founded in 2014 in Campodarsego, Padova — CRAK is one of northern Italy's most acclaimed independent craft and farm breweries. Known for intensely hop-forward IPAs and DDH (double dry-hopped) beers, led by the award-winning Guerrilla IPA: Silver at European Beer Star 2024, winner at Brussels Beer Challenge 2023. CRAK was the first Italian brewery to take cans seriously, launching a full canning line in 2018 and consistently ranking in Italy's top 10 on Untappd. Operates its own hop farm and maltings for full agricultural independence.
