◎ Appearance

A pale golden hue with pronounced haze throughout the glass, lending an opaque, inviting character typical of the style. The head forms quickly and maintains decent retention, with fine carbonation evident in steady bubbles rising through the cloudy suspension. Lacing clings moderately to the glass as the level drops.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with bright tropical fruit notes—pineapple and guava—balanced by citrus zest from the Citra and Centennial hops. A subtle coconut undertone threads through, courtesy of the Sabro addition, while wheat and oats provide a soft, grain-forward base that anchors the composition without dominating.

◐ Taste

Entry is light and crisp, with a delicate malt sweetness from the wheat and oat backbone that never becomes cloying. Mid-palate develops tropical and citric hop character cleanly, finishing with a measured bitterness that remains restrained given the 3% ABV. The body stays lean and refreshing, allowing hop character to emerge without heaviness.

◑ Finish

A short to medium dry finish with lingering citrus and coconut notes. The aftertaste remains clean and refreshing, fading toward a subtle hoppy dryness without astringency.

Serve at 8–11°C for the best flavour balance and aroma expression.

The curved shape concentrates hop aromas and supports a thick head. Essential for aromatic ales and IPAs where the nose is half the experience.
