◎ Appearance

Distinctly hazy and opaque with a radiant orange hue that dominates the glass. The sediment throughout is characteristic of the style, creating a full, cloudy suspension rather than a clear pour. Lively carbonation produces a generous white head with good retention and fine lacework on the glass.

◌ Aroma

Tropical fruit dominates immediately—pineapple and ripe melon lead, followed by stone fruit character of peach and a supporting grapefruit note that adds brightness. Beneath the fruit lies a soft, grainy cereal quality from the malt base, creating balance without overwhelming earthiness or resinous hop intensity.

◐ Taste

Medium-bodied and rounded on entry, with the tropical and stone-fruit character continuing to drive the palate. Bitterness remains restrained, allowing the fruit to carry the flavor through the mid-palate, while a subtle cereal sweetness from the malt grounds the experience. The finish brings a trace of nutmeg-like spice that adds a gentle warmth without harshness.

Clean and dry rather than clinging or sticky, with the tropical notes fading quickly and the spice note lingering briefly as a reminder of complexity. The aftertaste remains light and refreshing, free of astringency or oxidative notes.

Serve at 8–11°C for the best flavour balance and aroma expression.
