◎ Appearance

Hawaii Vibes presents a hazy, sun-kissed golden amber that catches light with a warm glow. A soft white head crowns the pour, settling into fine lacing that clings to the glass. The cloudiness from suspended yeast and hop material is intentional and inviting, characteristic of the style.

◌ Aroma

The nose bursts with layered tropical fruit—ripe mango, guava, and passionfruit lead the charge, backed by bright citrus peel that adds definition. A delicate coconut whisper emerges beneath, while the Edelhopfen character remains clean and fruit-forward rather than herbal or grassy.

◐ Taste

The palate opens lush and pillowy, delivering juicy waves of pineapple and tangerine that dominate the mid-palate. A gentle resinous backbone runs throughout, providing structure without aggression. The bitterness is measured at 80 IBU, smoothly integrated and never sharp, allowing the fruit-forward character to remain the focal point through to the swallow.

The finish arrives clean and refreshing, with lingering tropical sweetness that maintains the island mood well into the aftertaste. The bitterness fades gracefully, leaving only warmth and fruit memory.

Serve at 8–11°C for the best flavour balance and aroma expression.

The curved shape concentrates hop aromas and supports a thick head. Essential for aromatic ales and IPAs where the nose is half the experience.
