Deep amber pour with excellent clarity and a full, persistent head. The color reads as rich caramel with hints of copper, characteristic of the five-malt base and unmalted wheat. Carbonation is moderate and well-integrated, supporting stable lacing around the glass.

The nose leads with warm spice—prominent cinnamon and clove from the six-spice blend, grounded by caramel malt sweetness and a gentle ginger warmth. Vanilla emerges in the background, and beneath the spice profile sits a soft, earthy pumpkin note that rounds the aromatic impression without dominating.

Entry is smooth and medium-bodied, with malt sweetness and vanilla tannins immediately softening the spice-forward character. The pumpkin registers as a subtle earthy sweetness through the mid-palate, while the six spices maintain definition without sharpness. Low IBU (18) allows the adjunct and malt flavors to play freely; the finish carries a lingering pumpkin pie character that persists without becoming cloying.
