◎ Appearance

Hazy golden-amber body with suspended yeast lending a cloudy, opaque character. A modest white head forms and clings with moderate retention. Carbonation appears soft and well-integrated, creating a gentle sparkle rather than aggressive fizz.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with tropical stone fruit—mango, pineapple, and orange zest—layered over a resinous, piney backbone from the six hop varieties. Beneath the hops, soft biscuit and subtle grain sweetness from the malted oats and wheat emerge, anchoring the profile without dominating.

◐ Taste

Entry is juicy and tropically fruited, with Citra, Galaxy, and Mosaic hops delivering orange and stone-fruit character across the palate. The oats and wheat build a soft, faintly creamy mouthfeel; Carared malt contributes a gentle amber note and biscuit undertone. Bitterness remains restrained at 20 IBU, sitting behind the fruit rather than asserting itself, preserving a drinking-friendly balance.

The finish is clean and smooth, with residual citrus and mild resin fading into soft grain notes. No sharp edges or astringency; the aftertaste lingers gently fruited without becoming cloying.
