The lager added to the Furphy range in 2020, pale gold and hopped with Cascade alone. The malt base stays lean and grainy with only a suggestion of sweetness, and the hop sits behind it as soft grapefruit zest and a light floral note. Bitterness is deliberately held low at 11 IBU, the carbonation brisk, the body slim. It closes clean and dry, with almost no hop character lingering.
