Kernel Grisette

Tap to rate

The brewery's 'non-sour saison', its take on the traditional Belgian style: fermented with the same yeast as its Bière de Saison, the beer stays clean and crisp. The yeast contributes a spicy character, the hopping a light bitterness and subtle hop aromas; the texture is soft, the finish clean and spicy. The hop variety changes between batches, most recently Nelson Sauvin. At 5.5 per cent it is on the strong side for a grisette and is sold in 330 ml bottles.
