◎ Appearance

Pale golden yellow with a hazy, cloudy appearance typical of the style. A dense, creamy white head forms readily and clings to the glass with good retention, leaving fine lacing on the walls. Carbonation is moderate and persistent, creating a soft, pillowy presentation.

◌ Aroma

The nose opens with pronounced coriander and orange peel, backed by warm, yeasty notes of clove and a subtle banana undertone from the warmer fermentation. Soft floral and herbal qualities emerge beneath, with a gentle bready cereal note anchoring the bouquet. The overall impression is aromatic and spiced, leaning decidedly toward cold-weather warmth.

◐ Taste

Entry is smooth and full-bodied, with the wheat base delivering a soft, pillowy mouthfeel. Mid-palate brings coriander and orange to the fore alongside a bready, honey-tinged sweetness, while clove and spice build gently. Bitterness is restrained at 15 IBU, allowing the spice and fruit character to dominate; a warming alcoholic presence (5.7% ABV) threads through without harshness.

◑ Finish

The finish lingers with warming spice and a faint honey note, tapering into a dry, slightly grainy fade. A gentle alcoholic warmth persists, reinforcing its seasonal, cold-weather character.

Serve cold to preserve the delicate citrus and spice aromas. Too warm and the yeast esters become heavy — too cold and the coriander disappears.
