Golden Naked Christmas Ale

◎ Appearance

A deep golden hue with excellent clarity and a fine, persistent white head. The beer displays good head retention and stable lacing down the glass as it is consumed. Moderate carbonation produces a lively, effervescent quality.

◌ Aroma

The nose opens with toasted biscuit and pale Malz character, followed by bright orange peel and warm cinnamon spice. Stone fruit notes—particularly prune—layer beneath, with subtle liquorice and fennel seed adding complexity. A gentle citrus hop note and caramel sweetness round out the bouquet.

◐ Taste

Entry is soft and creamy, with the oat and wheat Malz providing a full, rounded body. Mid-palate develops caramel notes alongside orange, cinnamon, and a whisper of liquorice. The bitterness is measured at 35 IBU, arriving gently and resolving with a clean, dry edge rather than harshness.

◑ Finish

Medium-length finish with the bitterness lingering pleasantly without overpowering. The aftertaste carries subtle prune and orange notes, fading to a dry, slightly warming sensation from the alcohol.
