◎ Appearance

Pale golden color with a hazy, turbid body characteristic of the New England IPA style. The dense, creamy head forms readily and clings to the glass with fine retention. Bright carbonation rises steadily through the cloudy matrix.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with bright citrus and stone fruit—apricot and peach emerge clearly from the double dry-hop charge. Underneath, grapefruit peel and a subtle leather undertone from the Talus variety create depth, supported by a whisper of black tea and rosewood. Soft grain notes from the oat and wheat base provide a gentle backdrop without dominating.

◐ Taste

The palate opens with a wave of citrus—primarily orange and grapefruit—balanced by the oat and wheat malt which lend a soft, almost creamy texture. Mid-palate brings forward the Idaho 7's black tea character and dried stone fruit, while Talus contributes a subtle leather dryness. Bitterness builds steadily but remains integrated, finishing with an earthy, herbal edge rather than sharp resin.

◑ Finish

The finish is clean and moderately dry, with lingering grapefruit peel bitterness and a faint leather note tapering gradually. No harsh edges; the 6.8% ABV keeps the beer light and refreshing despite its complexity.

Serve at 8–11°C for the best flavour balance and aroma expression.

The curved shape concentrates hop aromas and supports a thick head. Essential for aromatic ales and IPAs where the nose is half the experience.
