◎ Appearance

Pale golden hue with a soft, hazy veil from suspended oats and wheat, lending the beer a cloudy, inviting translucence. The head forms quickly and clings persistently to the glass, leaving fine streaks of lacing with each sip. Bright carbonation animates the body without aggression, creating a gentle, pillowy mouthfeel.

◌ Aroma

The nose opens with ripe stone fruits and tropical notes from Nectaron, layered beneath a crisp lime zest courtesy of Riwaka. Mosaic adds a supporting cast of berry undertones and subtle pine needles, creating a complex yet balanced aromatic profile. Soft grain notes from the oat and wheat bill round out the foundation without overwhelming the hop-driven character.

◐ Taste

The palate opens with juicy tropical fruit and berry notes that evolve into a moreish citrus snap mid-palate. Moderate bitterness from the pine and lime-forward hop combination feels well-integrated rather than aggressive, supported by the soft, creamy body from oats and wheat. The finish settles into a refreshing, gently lingering piney note with a dry undertone.

Clean and refreshing, with the lime and pine notes fading gradually over several seconds without harsh drying. A faint cereal sweetness persists in the aftertaste, anchoring the finish and inviting the next sip.

Serve at 8–11°C for the best flavour balance and aroma expression.

The curved shape concentrates hop aromas and supports a thick head. Essential for aromatic ales and IPAs where the nose is half the experience.
