◐ Taste

The palate enters soft and juicy, with tropical fruit sweetness dominating the mid-palate—mango, papaya, and citrus blend seamlessly with a creamy, almost silky texture. Moderate bitterness (60 IBU) arrives gently, supporting the hop character without harsh edges. Malt structure remains subdued, serving as a clean foundation for the hop-driven experience.

What is a New England Double IPA?

IPAs are hop-forward ales with 5.5–7.5% ABV and IBU 40–70+. Bold hop aroma — citrus, tropical, resinous — with firm bitterness and a dry, clean finish.
