◎ Appearance

Muon Juice pours a clear to hazy golden amber, displaying the translucent character typical of well-executed West Coast IPAs. A frothy white head forms generously and lingers with inviting persistence, leaving fine lacing along the glass. Carbonation is bright and lively, reinforcing the beer's refreshing intent.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with vibrant hop character: pronounced citrus zest and grapefruit pith mingle with ripe tropical fruit—mango and stone fruit—that fills the space between the florals. A subtle piney, resinous undercurrent speaks to Pacific Northwest hop influence without overwhelming the fruit-forward impression. The Edelhopfen profile is clean and well-defined, with no harsh solvent notes.

◐ Taste

The palate enters with clean, moderately assertive bitterness that frames rather than dominates. Mid-palate develops juicy stone fruit and mango character alongside a smooth, medium-bodied malt backbone that provides structure without heaviness. Bitterness persists through the middle with dry, resinous character, remaining balanced against the fruit and malt sweetness.

◑ Finish

The finish is clean and refreshingly dry, with a lasting resinous bitterness that lingers pleasantly into the aftertaste. Residual hop character encourages immediate return to the next sip.

Serve well-chilled. Session IPAs are at their best cold — the lower ABV means less warmth to balance the hops.

The curved shape concentrates hop aromas and supports a thick head. Essential for aromatic ales and IPAs where the nose is half the experience.
