Wild Mountain Mixed Berry

Tap to rate

Funky and tart, reminiscent of homemade berry jam and a walk through ripe patches of fruit. Wild Mountain Mixed Berry is a 5.8% ABV mixed culture ale with tayberries, boysenberries and marionberries. Pils and wheat wort was fermented in French oak puncheons with a wild, funky culture, then the batch was split to make two beers, and this one was jam-packed with heaps of those fruits.
