Confluence of Fate

Tap to rate

Subtly spicy and deeply aromatic. Confluence of Fate is a gin barrel aged mixed culture saison, built on Great Western 2-row and Linc Purple Egyptian pale malt with Huell Melon and Wai-iti hops, and aged in Ransom gin barrels. The brewers' tale holds that the fate of the saison and the fate of the gin barrel meet in a perfect, inevitable union of flavour and complexity.
