◎ Appearance

Pale golden with a cloudy, hazy character that sits at the lighter end of the spectrum. The turbidity comes through distinctly due to dry-hopping and yeast suspension. A fine, creamy head builds quickly and maintains moderate retention with light lacing.

◌ Aroma

A vibrant, multi-layered nose dominated by honeydew melon and white wine notes from the Nelson Sauvin and Mosaic combination. Stone fruit—particularly strawberry from the Huell Melon—emerges as a secondary layer alongside delicate citrus zest. A subtle earthy undertone provides ballast without overwhelming the fruity composition.

◐ Taste

The palate opens with juicy honeydew and white wine character that carries across the mid-section with good presence and texture. Orange zest acidity adds definition without aggression. The soft strawberry note weaves through cleanly, while a gentle herbal dankness anchors the flavour profile without becoming harsh or astringent.

◑ Finish

The finish is clean and moderately dry, with the citrus and herbal notes lingering pleasantly into the aftertaste. Bitterness resolves gently, allowing the fruity complexity to remain the final impression.

Serve at 8–11°C for the best flavour balance and aroma expression.

The curved shape concentrates hop aromas and supports a thick head. Essential for aromatic ales and IPAs where the nose is half the experience.
