Tasting Notes

AI-generated sensory profile for The Farmer with Papaya

◎ Appearance

Bright pale gold beneath a dense, pillowy white head that clings persistently to the glass. The body reads distinctly hazy, with a soft, suspended cloudiness that diffuses light rather than transmitting it clearly. Fine carbonation rises steadily, and the foam lacing adheres to the glass in irregular patches as the beer is consumed.

◌ Aroma

A vibrant blend of tropical stone fruit and citrus dominates the nose, with prominent papaya and peach notes layered beneath bright lemon and grapefruit from the Citra, Mosaic, Nelson, and Galaxy hops. Subtle resinous undertones and a light herbal character emerge on closer inspection, while soft malt sweetness provides a creamy, biscuity base.

◐ Taste

The palate opens with juicy tropical fruit—papaya and mango forward—folded into a soft, pillowy mouthfeel that emphasizes haze and body over sharp edges. Mid-palate brings a moderate, clean bitterness (50 IBU) that complements rather than dominates, allowing citrus and stone fruit to remain central. The finish dries slightly, with resinous hop character and lingering tropical fruit notes.

◑ Finish

Medium-length finish with fading tropical fruit and gentle resinous hop character. A subtle biscuity, creamy sweetness persists in the aftertaste, contributing to an overall refreshing and approachable close.
