◐ Taste

Entry floods the palate with juicy tropical fruit—mango and papaya lead, supported by grapefruit acidity. Mid-palate reveals a complex interplay of dank, earthy hop character that balances the sweetness without dominating. The 50 IBU bitterness arrives as a gentle, resinous finish note rather than a sharp bite, allowing the fruit and hop complexity to shine.
