The nose is dominated by fresh strawberry and ripe berry fruit, with secondary notes of vanilla oak from extended barrel aging. A subtle wheat and yeasty undertone provides complexity, while a gentle tartness adds vibrancy without overpowering the fruit-forward profile. The aromatics are clean and inviting, suggesting a well-integrated wild fermentation.
