The nose is dominated by assertive pine and resinous hop character with prominent citrus and floral notes that layer beautifully. Dank, earthy undertones emerge beneath the bright citrus, creating a complex and inviting aromatic profile typical of quality American hops.

◐ Taste

The palate opens with crisp, hoppy citrus and grapefruit flavors that transition into pronounced pine and resin character. The bitterness is well-integrated and mellow, providing structure without overwhelming, while the medium body carries the flavors elegantly across the tongue.

◑ Finish

The finish is distinctly dry and clean with lingering pine and resin notes that fade gracefully. A refreshing, crisp aftertaste confirms Fiddlehead's excellent drinkability and polished brewcraft.
