Mosaic hops dominate the nose with a pronounced dank-resinous character that recalls forest floor and crushed pine needles. Secondary notes of citrus zest and herbal menthol emerge as the beer warms, grounded by a clean malt backbone that doesn't compete for attention. The bouquet remains restrained and dry—no floral sweetness or tropical fruit.

Entry delivers immediate hop bitterness—58 IBU lands firmly on the palate without harshness—backed by a moderate malt spine that provides just enough caramel sweetness to anchor the frame. Mid-palate sustains the piney, resinous character with dry herbal spice pushing toward the finish. The sensation is lean and muscular rather than full-bodied, allowing hop expression to remain the focal point throughout.
