◎ Appearance

Deep amber to brown, clear and bright with excellent visibility. A tan head forms readily and clings to the glass with fine, persistent lacing. Carbonation is moderate and even, creating a stable foam collar that frames each sip.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with roasted hazelnut and toffee malt, grounded and inviting. Subtle cocoa and biscuit undertones emerge beneath, while a restrained herbal hop presence provides gentle balance without dominating. No yeast-derived esters distract from the clean, malt-forward character.

◐ Taste

Entry is smooth and full-bodied, with nutty malt and caramel sweetness taking the lead. The mid-palate deepens with dark chocolate and toasted grain notes, while 30 IBU of moderate bitterness cuts through cleanly without harshness. The finish is dry but never austere, allowing the malt complexity to linger.

◑ Finish

The aftertaste extends with hazelnut and cocoa, fading gradually to a dry, clean conclusion. At 5.5% ABV, the beer drinks remarkably light for its depth of flavor.
