Pours a pale straw with a faint rose blush imparted by hibiscus. The body holds excellent clarity despite the delicate adjunct influence, topped with a dense, persistent head that clings to the glass with fine Schaumkleiden. Carbonation is brisk and uniform throughout.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with bright stone fruit and white peach, layered beneath a soft, pillowy yeast character typical of Belgian Tripel fermentation. Hibiscus introduces a subtle floral and tart citrus note—lemonade and dried rose petals—while a whisper of honey and subtle spice rounds the profile. The alcohol sits well integrated, warming without dominating.

◐ Taste

Entry is soft and malty, with the Malz sweetness and honey feeding the palate immediately. Mid-palate develops into a complex interplay of yeast esters and the hibiscus character, which shifts toward grapefruit and lemonade with a gentle herbal spice. The finish turns dry and slightly tart, with moderate bitterness that balances without overpowering the delicate floral thread.

◑ Finish

Medium-length and clean, with the hibiscus tartness lingering as the primary note. Alcohol warmth carries the aftertaste gently, leaving a subtle grapefruit and floral dryness on the tongue.

Serve at 10–13°C in a goblet. The yeast character and carbonation are the stars — cold would suppress both.

The wide mouth and heavy base promote head formation and channel rich aromatics toward the nose. Traditional for Belgian strong ales.
