Falkon Negroni

Tap to rate

Negroni is a fruited ale inspired by the legendary cocktail. The brewer, who says the bitter drink is often his last of the evening, drew on ingredients used for the gin, the bitter and the Negroni itself: orange juice, zest and puree, red grape juice, mandarin, hibiscus, dandelion, juniper, quinine, lavender, rosemary and coriander, plus vanilla. The brewery calls it a fruit ejl, a playful Czech spelling of ale.
