Falkon Jinotaj presents a light golden hue with excellent clarity and a fine, persistent white head that clings to the glass walls with good lacing. The carbonation is lively and well-integrated, creating a refined visual presence typical of a well-executed West Coast IPA.

The nose leads with bold resinous and citrus notes from the Ceres and Gaia hop varieties, offering bright grapefruit and pine aromatics. Beneath the hop character sits a clean, understated malt foundation with subtle tropical fruit undertones that add complexity without overwhelming the primary hop expression.

The palate opens with crisp, hoppy bitterness that settles into a well-balanced middle dominated by resinous and citric hop flavors. The clean malt backbone provides modest sweetness and body, allowing the bitter, herbal character to remain the focal point through the mid-palate without becoming harsh or astringent.
